We are a family owned and operated Medjool date farm located in beautiful Southwestern Arizona, and have been in business for over 20 years. Here at Martha's Gardens, we are proud to say we grow, harvest, sort, pack and sell our own Medjool Dates. We have never used pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides on the palm trees or directly on the fruit during cultivation and have an Organic Certification with the USDA, for our Packing Facilities and farm. We invite you to browse through our store and shop with confidence.

Return Policy (please read carefully)
Part of our mission is to provide our customers with top quality products and customer service.  Due to strictly enforced food safety guidelines, we are not able to have products returned once the packaging has been opened. If for some reason there is an issue, we will evaluate each situation individually, and do our best to resolve it.  We recommend documenting your issue in detail (including pictures if applicable) before contacting us so we can take steps to ensure prompt resolution of the matter.  Below are some suggestions in the event an issue does occur:
 
1) If you need to speak to someone regarding your purchase, you must notify Martha's Gardens within 5 days of receipt of your order. Please leave us a message at 928-726-8831, or 928-726-8833.  You can also visit the CONTACT page of our website.  We will do our very best to respond to your inquiry within 48 hours.
2) Any problems or damage that occur during shipping must be reported, documented, and a claim filed with the carrier upon arrival of the package or in other circumstances regarding the shipment of your order.  Martha's Gardens is not responsible for improper handling or misdelivery of goods by the delivery organization of your choice.
3) You can always contact us if you have questions or need assistance regarding any and all aspects of your order.
